So I've been out for a while, traveling and working on production projects. During that time, I've been able to reflect a bit on where I am and where I'm going as an artist, as well as how to move forward on the graphic novel project. Though I am still optimistic about what I'm doing, I've grown a lot more pessimistic as far as how much time I'll be able to take on this thing. I want to make the best work possible for you guys, but I also want to have a completed product for you all to read. That said, I am going to take a somewhat different approach going forward. I am going to work much more pragmatically and efficiently, not taking days/weeks to comb over pixels. Instead, I will try to focus on composition and use of line and shape, while retaining as much realism as possible. I'll always welcome everyone's comments, as I love talking about this stuff and answering questions about the story, but most likely won't make adjustments to novel's art and promo images. They will be finalized before I post them. I'll have more information about the story and the first issue when the publishing is worked out and the pages are closer to completion.
But enough talk of logistics. What have you all been up to? I haven't spoken to many of you in a long while!
And for my 3D and "Trek" friends, I have some interesting models I've created in my spare time that will posted in the next few days.

Thanks everybody for being patient with me, and I hope to talk to you all very soon.
